I would not get too exited. Maybe recruiting more people to further develop Elder Scrolls Legends or something completely new.
We should have already had a companion app that lets you access your accounts and character's,guild traders to sell and retrieve items so your character was ready when you were, talk to guild mates,craft pots and provisioning, I mean you can see were I'm going, it's 2017 and I can't believe thier just now hatching this egg.

Have only played one game that had that much interaction and it was not a good game. Neverwinter.

I liked Neverwinter. But each to their own.

You quoted the wrong thing.
"As a Mobile Engineer, you will help create and program cross-platform (Android/iOS) mobile games for ZOS."
So I doubt this has anything to do with Elder Scrolls. Probably more an attempt to expand their library with a few freemium titles. The kinds you can play on the can at 3 AM when the ESO servers are choking.
