I find it quite restrictive to play with the cross hair where it is. The ability to move it up would be ideal as to get a slightly more top down view better see what im standing on ie.

BNOC✭✭✭✭✭You can have your camera set to float left or right of you - Camera settings.
You can also hold Down on the D-Pad and at the same time hold down on your right analog to zoom out as far as possible.
