Hi @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom
I was just wondering how visible are our /bug reports (sent ingame) to the devs? Because I've noticed not a single one gets its "unresolved" flag reverted to "fixed" even when the reported bug is eventually fixed?
So please, Gina & Jessica, I'd like to know if every /bug report is at least read by the devs? That would give me a certain 'boost' to know that my time spent reporting wasn't in vain.

✭✭✭✭✭They've said in the past they do get read, also the devs often look at the bug report forums and read them over.
I believe unlike support tickets however they don't follow up on bug reports with a resolution, you just have to watch for the fix in the patch notes to see if it happened.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
