I have poked Gina/Jessica for what it's worth, also I've reported issues to ZOS so someone is aware, otherwise I have no idea what to do more than keep trying to get constructive information from people.

Yes, we know it's a holiday. But I'm sure when holiday will end we still won't get any fix for this or even response from devs.1
