As it says. Those working on HA build, do you focus on spell/weapon damage or max resource stat e.g. magicka?

✭✭✭✭They scale on both. But Spell/Weapon damage matters more for light and heavy attacks, so focus on that.0 -

✭✭✭iirc about 40+ maxmag provides the benefit of 1 spell dmg for la/ha. that is around 4x the ratio of normal attacks.Proudly skooma free while talks-when-drunk is in mandatory public housing.
