Champion Points Question

My Warden hit L50 recently. I already had max champion points (630), In the last few days the Warden had earned three more CP levels (633). Is this a bug or a planned situation to apply when the next CP increase happens?

✭✭✭✭✭You keep earning CPs after the cap. You just can't apply more than 630 to your character.
I am at CP830 right now.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭There is no bug. You can earn more Champion points than you can spend. You just get to automatically go up to the max the next time they increase it (assuming you have enough Champion Points that is).0 -

✭You keep earning CP even after the cap but you cannot apply them till the next cap is brought in. It has been the case since the caps where introduced"If a stick of fish is a fish stick, it will stick like other fish sticks stick"
