Imperials believe in globalism. They envision a Tamriel where all races are equal under Imperial rule. For better or worse. Whether that's a cynical ploy on behalf of Imperials to gain complete control of Tamriel or a legitimate belief in racial equality is irrelevant. Why? Because the end result (the blurring of racial distinctions) is the same.
A TRUE racist would play as either a Nord or an Altmer.
