Using netch from stealth-Visible?

I'm curious if you're in stealth in Cyrodiil and pop the netch for major brutality, can the enemy see my floating night light with it's laser pinpointing me? I haven't came across another enemy warden this way so I'm guessing not but I'm unsure.
