Are heavy sacks in forgotten waste working as intended?

All heavy sack in that public dungeon seem to always respawn every 30-45 sec in the exact same spot. Just wondering if this is normal? What will happen if I farm the sack and the boss that are next to each other? @ZOS_GinaBruno (forgot to mention this is xbox NA)

✭Not even worthy so I don't think they are going to patch it soon.
You are not in troubles anyways, Zos don't ban for their mistakes and this is not like the old exploit with writs, this is an exploit, yeah but in the long term you rather farm mats in a legit way you will earn more.K1 The Big Monkey5

No, this is one of those bugs where the devs have acknowledged it, but are like "meh. make the most of it until we patch it!"
They are probably counting on the fact that you will most likely get utterly bored of farming it after a few hours, and even then, you won't have gained much. ✭✭✭✭✭Think about it this way. 10 ore from a sack is about the same (if not less) than farming three ore nodes.
The sacks respawn every 40 seconds. If you can't find three ore nodes in 40 seconds, you need to give up farming.

It's actually 30 seconds. I got so many AFK people killed that were farming the heavy sack in forgotten waste while I was farming the robe pieces. Felt more of an accomplishment doing that than actually getting the costume.0
