Can't apply dye packs?

Just bought the holiday dye pack but it says I cannot apply at this time... Anyone know why?? It previewed just fine..

DragonDreads✭✭dye packs are for costumes only I believe. Are you an ESO+ member, since they are the only ones that can dye costumes.0 -

✭You have to be wearing your costume to apply them. They don't work on regular armor. (Btw they work if you are eso plus or not).

Ahh thanks for explaining that. I don't buy the dye packs and didn't know they worked differently than the dye station dyes.

dragonz868✭✭I dye my costumes and armor all the time however it will just not allow me to use my dye pack.. Even removed previous dye colors and put it back to stock and still won't let me use it.

✭✭✭If it says "cannot apply at this time", it's a bug caused by one of your addons. You need to disable all your addons, then apply the dye.1
