It's a hit or miss thing for us dual wield users on PS4 right now. I don't think I'm overreacting when I say this is game breaking. It blows my mind seeing how many people are NOT speaking up about this.

sf37✭A couple of my dual wield abilities have been pretty buggy since Morrowind. I'll hit the button for bloodthirst sometimes, and nothing will happen. And sometimes, when I try to use steel tornado, the whole game will freeze up for a second or two. All other abilities seem to work just fine.Edited by sf37 on July 2, 2017 7:15PM0 -
It's been the same on Xbox since Morrowind. At first I put it down to lag. It was funny seeing numbers come up after the kill.
