So Im farming chests in imperial sewers... I defeat a portal... no chest. No worries... I've been averaging out 1 will be missing every third portal. Aggravating but I figure there's an RNG thing going on. But then I come up to the second portal and again no chest. Huh? Really? Im busting my buns solo with a low level toon, running and fighting other players as well as NPCs and avoiding the roaming bosses and no chests for portals? Is this a design thing Im missing or do you have a problem on your hands?

Would like to know @ZOS_GinaBruno - do you have any info on this?
