Housing Furniture Amount with and without ESO Plus?

Is it true that you get double the amount of furniture with ESO plus. If that's true (which I don't know if it is) but than why if it is do I have the same amount of space with or without it?

it the cave and my total w/o eso plus now show 700, but when I did have eso plus it was still 7000 -

They only give a few extra, example, Large Mansions have 600 slots with out ESO+ and 700 with.

This is incorrect. You do get double housing slots with ESO+. With ESO+ large homes get 600 slots and mansions get 700, but without they only get 300 and 350.2 -

That´s not true, ESO+ doubles the amount of furnishing stuff you can place in your home. Mansions have 350 slots w/o ESO+ and 700 with. For example my Amaya Lake Logde has 300 w/o and 600 with ESO+.

how do you know that mansion slots w/o eso plus are only 600? below is what I found on their site, but no clue what the base amounts are are where to find that info. tks
