There is no bug on this but I am wondering..
anyone else get annoyed by this bards voice? xD his voice doesn't even fit for how he looks!
I gotta mute audio when I come to him Lol.
anyone else feel the same?

The voice though sounds kinda like a child, but the npc looks older.

Wats wrong with you? He is the funniest npc I've encountered in a long, long time. The bad singing and the lyrics together are just amazing. And the way he starts singing when he's nervous, nice little touch.

Shame about what happens to him.
