Lag spikes start in the morning hours?

What is up with the sudden lag spikes in the morning? Is it peak time somewhere else? Seems like the latency is fine the whole night when I'm playing but as soon as it gets near 6 am PDT, I start getting huge lag spikes. This is starting to get rather annoying.

Is anyone else having issues with this as well?
