Tried our war maiden set with julianos and only pulling 15k dps trying to raise that to atleast 30k and set and rotation ideas that can help me ?

War maiden is not gonna help your mag sorc that much. War maiden only boosts magic damage, so fire frost and lightning will not be affected. Mag sorcs are mostly shock and fire.
If you are using a pet, run 5 necropotence with 2 Ilambris and moondancer jewelry.
If you are not gonna use a pet, run netch's touch, 2 ilambris or 2 grothdarr and moondancer jewelry.
Necro can be farmed in rivenspire or bought and netch's touch can be farmed from darkshade caverns.
Ilambris is vet crypt of hearts 1, grothdarr is vet vaults of madness, moondancer is Maw of Lorkhaj
You will be pulling much better numbers with that gear.
Make sure you practice light attacking weaving too
