Cadwell's Gold - Finally!!!!!

I am so excited! I finally completed Cadwell's Gold. I have to admit to doing the bare minimum to earn it, but still, I did it. It took me so long because I'd get bored with a character after while. Same abilities, same weapons, same armor, same everything. Then I got to the point where I was able to take on mobs of 6 or more PVE enemies without breaking a sweat (much) and it suddenly became fun again.
Now, I need to figure out where to go next! Vvardenfell, Wrothgar, or Craglorn? Or should I start killing and robbing people by joining the Dark Brotherhood and the Thieves Guild? Decisions, decisions.

✭Congrats! It took me a long time too the first time, so don't feel bad. If you like questing, I would say go do Wrothgar next. Or Vvardenfell, just because a couple quest lines over there have some fantastic rewards.
I tend to change what I am doing every few days or so lol, I get bored easy so I can't go on repeat too many times in a row. Do some dailies in Vvardenfell, go do writs, work on achievement points, go do fighters guild and mages guild dailies, go farming, level a character, run around with a friend, gather books and skyshards on another character. 1. Orsinium - continues the main story
2. Gold Coast - has a few side quests that reconnect you with NPCs from the main story (and their subplots are continued)

Rumba1✭✭✭first 4 times I did all the side quests, can't bring myself to do them anymore.
I did them before One Tamriel. I wanted to have a tank in each faction so I could run dungeons with my guildmates no matter what faction they were in.Edited by Rumba1 on June 30, 2017 2:07AM3 -
CMFan1966✭✭✭✭✭I've got 3 alts lined up and ready to go. One Altmer Sorcerer, one Bosmer Nightblade and one Imperial Dragon Knight. I tried a Nightblade several months ago and I'm thinking I didn't care for it, so I'm going to try it again. I just can't bring myself to do a Warden right now because there are just too many bears out there.

✭I can remember finishing Caldwell's Silver not long after game release (Sad, but I took a weeks holidays on game release as I liked it that much in beta) Back then all you got was a piece of Junk blue jewelry, the reward is better now. But Gold reward still sucks a bag of d1cks.
Been here since Feb 2014 - You'd think I'd be half reasonable at this game by now...1 -

For Cadwell's Gold, I got a kettle hat like Cadwell's and a purple levelled necklace. I probably got some gold too, but I didn't notice.
For Cadwell's Silver (in case you don't know), you get the Soul Shriven crafting motif book. I don't really wear the soul shriven style because it isn't a favorite, but if you get that style request in a sealed crafting writ, it's worth a lot of Master writ vouchers!
I will wear my kettle cap with pride, but I mostly did it just to finally be able to say I did it.2 -

I have only done it on one character, back when it was the only way to reach the other alliance areas, nearly getting Hero of every alliance along the way. I dare say fewer and fewer people would do it now that you can go anywhere in 1T.
Now for your next challenge - Master Angler - I still have 2 zones plus Cyrodiil and Coldharbour to go.Australian on PS4 NA server.

NetViperX✭✭✭✭I finally finished it a few weeks ago, and was terribly disappointed by the reward. How about a t-shirt at least that says "I finished Cadwell's Gold and all I got was this stupid looking helmet".2 -
OlafdieWaldfee✭✭✭✭I really like doing silver and gold. I did it with my main (and all three "Hero of .."-titles on the way).
But I don´t like Coldharbour at all, so I can´t even get to Cadwell any more. -_- Coldharbour is just so damn boring, endless, gloomy and frustrating, I won´t repeat this unpleasant experience.Edited by OlafdieWaldfee on June 30, 2017 5:59AM0
