  No not on a MagSorc. MagSorc doesn't use enough skills that do straight magic damage. Many of MagSorc's skills you use deal lightning damage which is one of the reasons why Netch's Touch syngerizies well with the class. War Maiden generally performs better on a MagNB or MagTemplar however I've heard Julianos still outperforms War Maiden even on those classes.
