In my Mag NB I have been using "Merciless resolve" and "Siphoning Strikes" for my solo questing and they are really fun.
I just want to know if I invest a lot of CPs in The Atronach - Staff Expert will it noticeably boost my LA/HAs ?
Or is it not worth it ?

✭The pictures you posted are outdated as hell, btw.
As for Staff Expert, you get the most value out of that node if you are medium weaving or doing a lot of heavy attacking. Most classes can't afford to medium weave much due to the sustain changes. NBs can do so for a bit, but you're going to have to use HAs to recharge your pool.
Honestly, focus more on Master-At-Arms since most of the NB's abilities are direct damage, like the Spectral Bow and Strife. That will give you a bigger return than staff damage.“Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt.”0 -

✭✭✭I'm on console so don't have access to combat metrics but iirc as a mag NB your top contributor to damage is light attacks. Obviously this would be considering your weaving is on point. With that being said, with the front loaded nature of the CP system it doesn't make sense to invest too heavily into staff expert.
If you really want to get serious about it I'd check out Gilliam the Rouge on YouTube. His videos can be pretty long but are full of good information.BawKinTackWarDs PS4/NA0
