Material farming question

Hi all. I builded a stamblade to farm on so i needed to level my crafting skills again. I know that when you have 10 points spend in the first crafting passive it changes the material you get.
Now my question is if this also applies to Enchanting and Alchemy, or doesnt it matter which level those skills are when you are farming materials for them?
