Deadfinger6✭✭✭In "Morkuldum" - Orsinium, locked crafting station. There's are big waterwheel there, in one of the rooms. Don't think it's a drop fall watermill (I've been studying) so the buckets go the wrong way, they carry water up and over the waterwheel as opposed to collecting the water to push the water round.1
