Housing issue

I spent a lot of crowns buying the grand total island and set up my crafting area for the guild in the back room up top by the waterfalls. I spend a lot of time on this room. For some reason, the banker and merchant are not accessible each time I or other guild members come there. At times, some of the crafting tables will not work either. What I have to do, and which is tedious, is move them a bit everyone I go in or another guildie goes on so that we can access them. Is there going to be a fix for this if anyone else is having issues?

    Are you familiar with the phrase caveat emptor? (The phrase is Latin for "buyer beware", that's how old the advice is).

    Remember that any time and every time you buy something from a person or from a commercial organization for whom the principal motivation for what they do is greed.

    Hi @DominoRocks1 that is terrible!

    Does this bug persist if you move the stations/assistants to another location entirely such as the beach? I wonder if it is a problem strictly with that room or with the whole island.

    I spent hours decorating that room for this purpose so am not planning on moving the stuff to the beach. I am just hoping they can fix the floor or whatever it is that is causing the problem.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno I haven't received a response on this issue. I put in a ticket a while ago and was given the run around then told to ask for help here. However, I am not getting a response as to when this will be fixed or any response from staff for that master. After spending so much on crowns to purchase a broken house, I'd like to see it fix or how do I go about getting a refund for the island? I waned to get some of the Mundas stones for the island but now am holding off until I get an answer.

    Btw bamker worked fine when I had him on the beach for a duel tournament. I'd like all my stuff to work fine in my crafting room though.
