Warden Bug?

I've noticed when leveling my mag and stam wardens that NONE of the bookshelves that I've come across have leveled any of their class skill lines, only weapon, armor, crafting skill lines. Yet starting a new magSorc and one of the first bookshelves I read leveled up one of the class skill lines. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this a bug or is this supposed to be like this?

✭RNG. I've gotten plenty of skill gains on my stam Warden.
for class skills though? i got quite a few for weapons, armor, and crafting but zero for any of the class skills. ✭Interesting. I've NEVER had a class skill line leveled from a bookshelf on ANY of my characters. It's always been either armor, weapon, or crafting.

✭✭✭✭✭I have come across 1 Warden clsss book between 2 wardens though one isn't fully leveled up.
Found the book within vvardenfell and non outside of the new zone she though I have done most of checking bookshelves outside of the zone.
It seems that the only zone that has warden books is Vvardenfell and since there are not many bookshelves there plus watered down with bloom a for everything else we will not find much
This was brought up shortly after PC release but I think tagging @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom again is worth it. Maybe Zos will update the database in the older zones.
