Flameheart✭✭✭✭✭Sorry for my late appearance, but every time the phrase "gear cap increase" shows up on the forum my PC starts an annoying, howling alarm sound and gives me a direct link to my ESO account for a ESO+ cancellation. I had to deactivate that first.
If the gear cap increases the legendary improvers will for sure rise in value and price. My hope is still, that such a gear cap increase will never happen or that they soften it by a token system or give you an option to upgrade your gear to the current gear cap by crafting (which might involve legendary improvers too).
A gear cap increase + this awful RNG would be a reason at least for me to look out for another game.Sometimes the prey turns and nips us... it's a small thing.
