Well i love the game, but i think that on this mess, you deserved it totally :) For your information i still wait for an answer about this new window added in Palatial .......

https://comicsverse.com/elder-scrolls-online-housing/

May be you will understand the urge to really answer us and not make us wait another 20 days.

Yes this is your game, your EULA, but on this this is the store and our money, and you have really not been respectful by acting like this.

Thank you

You can, go back to the forum page where your thread's name is and you'll have the gear icon next to its name there.

As much as I sympathise with people who bought that house, this article is just badly written, drama driven and inaccurate. Almost feels like a teenage rage post :/ the community managers replied within the same day asking for details of the issue and informed the next day that they will be investigating the case. It was a clear info that they are working on it. Next post included answers as to why the changes were made although it did take them a while to figure it out. As for the items people put in that place they can be easilly retrieved through house editing menu.

Next post was almost 20 days later and contradicted their earlier post of investigating the issue. If you will read all the post on that forum instead of just looking for the ZOS post you will see that the changes to the cavern were unwarranted, as many people debunked being able to access areas outside the cavern.

The biggest issue is their lack of planning and failure to notify people of their plans to change things, such as dropping a boulder on players furnishings so the players would not have to use "retrieve" to get their items. Also, it was only after almost 20 days before they responded back and only after several of ZOS employees were tagged in a post.

Either way people paid cash to purchase their property, only to have it changed, without notice, and without a good reason 4 months after the cavern went live. You would think they would have more respect for the people who help pay their salaries!

Still haven't been able to launder certain housing items that I've stolen from Morrowind... Basically anything purple, paintings etc.

Got the items during early access (I waited until official launch to report the bug, I figured it would be fixed with a patch) got multiple responses they were friendly and not the canned responses some get, it is an odd bug.

Finally they asked for some screen shots showing that I hadn't laundered any item and the message I was receiving in the upper right hand corner of the screen while trying to launder "This item cannot be laundered at this fence", I've literally tried every fence in the game :D

After I submitted the SS and another /bug report with item info I got a canned "Thx for the info your ticket is closed"

So, Ive just been running around with stolen purple Morrowind paintings in my inventory... Still cant fence em but they sure do look cool when enter housing editor mode and look at them (not placeable cause stolen).

Anyhooser, cool story huh? Bugs and highjinks, wouldn't be an MMO w/o em both ;)

Edit Note: Only the stolen items during Early Access are un-launderable, everything else is fine.

The article seems to switch from a stance talking about the game and community to one of the writer being part of the community.

Whilst the issues are real by the end of it I felt more like this was a player who owned the home venting than a news or critic piece.

Agreed, it had a... Personally involved feel to it. And we are all getting good at spotting that with "News" these days. ;)
