Ok....The Dominion ate argonion hatchlings and skinned people alive and wore their skins. The Pact isnt much better, a Pact soldier cut someone heart out and used necromancy to revive them for interrogation not to mention the dark elves are still enslaving innocents and the nords are known for committing genocide.

If you know the story of Bleakrock then you should know the story of Shadowfen.
The Aldmeri Dominion Massacred entire Argonian Villages, and interfered with the Birthing Process at the Hatching Pools. The Dominion attempted a Genocide of the Argonian Race by killing their young before they were even born and slaughtering the rest, all while pitching tents and calling one, "Camp Merciful Reduction".
I think that far outweighs the Covenant sacking an island that was used by the Pact as an early warning against invasion of the mainland by sea, even if killing civilians is a Warcrime.

Hrmf. One's "warcrime" is another's "new handbag and leather accessories for the well dressed High Elf" and "Summer 2E583 Wallet Collection."
I fail to see how handbags and omelettes equal genocide.
