1. MMO's are generally CPU hungry, the majority of the heavy workload is interpreting the data streaming between you the server and other players. Your CPU is one of the early (in fact i think it's the first) i5 processors, so you might seriously want to upgrade this. Unfortunately it's not as easy as that becuase upgrading that CPU to a modern CPU will mean a new mother board AND new memory sticks as the ones you have won't be compatible with newer CPU's.
2. There's a lot of misconception about how good Nvidia graphics cards are, they lok at the number and think "ooh that one's higher, it must be better", this isn't always the case, there are technically two numbers there, the 10 which is the series number, this has only minor baring on how good the processor is, and only really makes a difference when there's been a major jump in technology, now the last part, the 50, that is the important part, that tells you how powerful the card is, they're usually numbered x10, x20, x30, x40, x50, x60. x70. x80, this roughly corresponds to a list of how powerful they are, x10 to x40 are what are classed as workstation cards, they're only good really for workstation tasks like word processing etc, and very very low end gaming, x50 is your entry level gaming card, for low to mid end gaming, x60 is your mid to high level gaming, x70 is your high to very high level gaming, and x80 is for extreme gaming (Titans are for rich buggers who want to show off). Now taking this into account, and accounting for an overlap between series, if you look at the 1050, you will find that in raw power it's actually the equivalent of a 760 or a 660ti. For gaming (and this is my personal opinion) if you're going NVidia you should always aim for an xx60 model at the minimum, you would have been much better off going for a cheaper NVidia 960, which will out perform the 1050.
3. More memory wouldn't make much difference, apart from being able to reduce your paging file, which is pretty pointless, DIFFERENT memory MAY make a difference tough, with memory once you hit 8GB it's more about the clock speed than the amount of memory you have, what you have in there is probably 13333mhz memory, while not the slowest around, it's about four generations behind (the latest being about 3600mhz iirc, which is nearly three times faster than yours) unfortunately it's very likely that your board may not be able to take faster ram, which means a new board, and a new processor.

Ram is the cheapest and easiest upgrade you can do. 16GB does a ton of good vs 8GB (Any brand).

Windows, software and especially addons eats ram.
Your I5 CPU are very low end. However, a new CPU pretty much means a new system. I would look into a new machine if I where you. If you cant do that, get ram.

Are you running Win 10? If not, that does a ton of good vs any previous version. Even with the same hardware.
