    I'm usually at 85-90% with shock glyph back bar sharp Lightning staff. mSorc

    Go to a target skeleton and literally do nothing but lightning blockade and light attacks for 5 minutes. Look at the uptime. The uptime will surprise you. A lot of people throw out really high numbers, but in reality, it's nowhere near that. You need other sources to really increase the uptime- shock glyph, charged weapon, Ilambris, Sorc shock abilities, etc.
