One handed wands

Personally I would like to see one handed wands in addition to 2 handed staffs. Not sure how others view this just throwing it out there.

data miners came up with RUNE as a 1h weapon.

I'd rather see a proper magicka based "bound" weapon line.

I have been dreaming of the fairy class.
Ex of skill "sparkling stars" put fear in enemy by spraying stars from your wand dealing x magic damage.

This isn't Harry Potter. I wouldn't want to see my Sorc who is accustomed to wielding a powerful staff, reduced to wielding a pathetic wand.

Wands aren't a TES thing. Mages technically don't need staves but that is the only weapon you may just send to you which is why they're the mandatory weapon
