The second instant cast does not work. At all.
This has been mentioned multiple times on the forums and well known amongst many players.0 -

✭There is some sort of intense delay or entire lack of a cast if you attempt to re-cast Budding Seeds for the instant heal. Instead of getting the heal, your character either hangs there for a second and you do nothing OR your character just places another Budding Seeds down where you are at and you get no heal at all.

✭For me I notice the ground animation.
If u let it run 6 seconds the whole aoe lights up teal. And the heal goes off
If u instant cast it before 6 seconds runs out the ground does not light up and there is no heal.
I've tested it a whole bunch. Like aloootttt.
The running theory is once the skill hits max level it stops working completely.

✭Weird I heal people in pvp with it constantly. I have the combat numbers enabled so I can see the heals. I have also see allies activate it themselves and heal. ✭Its true I never leveled my warden past lvl 38...but it worked just fine for me when I was using it. I know for a fact the max level synergy works fine...since I mainly tank and use it often.Edited by josiahva on June 27, 2017 3:40PM0 -

I am having problems with it as well. I can never activate the instant heal with the morph. I have never ever seen any synergy key prompt pop up to activate the instant heal part of it.

As the one casting the skill you do not get a synergy key prompt, you simply press the skill again while it's on its countdown and it heals. I've been healing on my warden since release and have never had a situation where it did not give an instant heal to everyone in the circle, but I've never seen a prompt to cast it again.

^^^ I've played Warden since it released on PS4 and can confirm all of this.
My main use for this morph was grinding up my character in Skyreach, where it was noticeably inconsistent in functionality.Edited by Vaoh on June 27, 2017 5:45PM0
