Crash on "Requesting Login...", only on Windows 10

As the title says, i started playing again 3 days ago, reinstalled ESO on my HDD, took about 8 Hours to download everything, and now i can not play in Windows 10 anymore, the cursor on the login screen spins a few times and then the client crashes with a submit box, the weird thing though is that on my second partition i have Windows 7 installed and on this OS it is working fine. So what could there possibly be configured wrong in Windows 10 that makes the client crash, the connection btw is always timing out on Windows 10 before the crash with a socket interruped error.

Maybe somone can help me, if not i continue using Windows 7 for ESO.
