[Xbox] "Yellow" mobs become "red" and attack on approach

Hello,
since the Morrowind update every "yellow" mob (mudcrab, netch, friendly opponents after quest completion, target skeleton..) becomes red and attack when I approach it.
I don't see anything on my character that could cause this behavior. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Looks like a passive or set bonus buff that causes damage to enemies within 5 metres. Try turning on the buff tracker for self buffs and target debuffs, and see if you can work it out from that.

Thank you for your answer, seeing no active buff, I tried different equipment combinations, to find that my problem is caused by the fifth item of my Fassala's guile set:

it seems that Fassala's set as changed with Morrowind update, fifth item was:
When you take direct damage or damage from a ground-targeted attack, you reduce the attacker’s healing received by 50% for 2 seconds.
Now it inflicts minor defile to all close ennemies and reduce healing by 16% for 2s, even when no damage is done.

Is it working as intended? (because being constantly attacked by mudcrabs is not really what I call fun)

    Ah yeah I see it:
Fasalla's Guile: (5 items) Apply Minor Defile to all nearby enemies, reducing their healing received by 15% for 2 seconds.

So yes, technically I would say it is doing what it is supposed to do, but it would definitely be worth sending in feedback to ZOS, saying that it would be better if this debuff was not automatically applied to Neutral (yellow) mobs, and instead only got applied to Hostile (red) mobs. Also it would probably be worth creating a thread about it on the forums to see if anyone else has the same opinion.
