They probably dont think they'll lose enough people for it to matter, or that anyone will actually leave at all. Either way, it makes more sense for companies to keep quiet if they don't know what's going on or if the explanation would make them look bad.psychotrip wrote: »Tavore1138 wrote: »psychotrip wrote: »Tavore1138 wrote: »My support ticket is apparently being passed on to an expert team to look into so I will update if I hear anything relevant.
Please do. What was your specific problem again? And how exactly did ZOS respond? Are they treating it as a bug?
Well like an idiot I bought over 30 houses some crown, some golf - so I have been hit by the window removal in Mathiesen Manor and the beach clearance in Hundings. Posiibly by others as yet undiscovered...
I ticketed to ask for a fix, got bounced around by people saying they had no idea and then trying to close the ticket. I than said that was not good enough and I expected to either be told when it would be fixed or to have my crowns refunded and hey have supposedly escalated it to a specialist team. I'll give them 24 hours and then chase again, rinse and repeat as necessary.
My preference is they simply fix the issue but as they seem to be unwilling to address that I will reluctantly demand refunds for any crown purchased house they mess with... this really would be such an easy win for them to just acknowledge and fix vs annoying the very people who inject money into their game.
this should be responded by ZOS.

Agreed, but as others have said they have no reason to ever respond to this on the forums. No reason that's in their interests, at least.
well I bet, many people can get pissed off by them not responding, so if they do not want to loose them...

Can you or anyone else confirm that changes were made after the date of the comment you quoted? This isn't a challenge to prove it, I just want confirmation so I make more informed decisions about this going forward.@07/06/2017ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Thanks so much for the extra info, everyone. This was the last reply i can see on housing and only addressed the Craglorn Cave.
Over 2 weeks ago and Z0$ continues to break more houses. Personally i cannot see how anyone has any faith left in this company to produce 'stable' products. Additionally if they cant get a grip with exploiting in ESO, aesthetic houses are well past them.

Do you guys like scamming your players?
How long do you want to hold this L?
Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to support regarding your issue with the houses. After reviewing the information you've provided, we have bugs in our system both for Mathiisen Manor (windows specifically) and Hunding's Palatial Hall (the beach clutter and ship). These are issues that our support team are working on resolving in a future update to the game. Even the mentioned Earthtear Cavern (that I found through your links) is also being reviewed by our development team.
ok, so there have been 3 houses, that got some changes, without any comment from ZOS.

So let`s guess, why does ZOS not reply to treads about changes to houses?????

Not a solution and no excuse for lack of forum comms but does suggest it is on someone's radar, I asked for an estimate on fix time and will update if they can give me anything useful.

Would also like to let Zos know that I am available for employment as either their Head of Marketing or PR. I'm not that expensive, and although I may be slightly lacking in actual experience, I can safely say with utter certainty that I would do a far better job than whomever they have in post at the moment.
But then my 16 year old would. Or even my dog.

So, one of the houses is missing kelp and stuff, right? Now they're on the crown store? How long have they been there?
