Magicka Sorceror/Shield Stacking (therefore Magicka Sorc) is not balanced. Please nerf.

Cast Hardened Ward -> Remove what is left of Harness Magicka.
Cast Harness Magicka -> Remove what is left of Hardened Ward.
Healing Ward should not be part of those kinds of mechanics. Digiman✭✭✭✭✭So sick to death of people complaining about shield stacking, sorcerers have little to no health and light armor is a protective as wearing card board. When fighting a magicka sorcerer you have to go through their magicka bar.
Fact is your to blame if you can't get through a sorcerers shield now, they are much more expensive to spam and protect less without any champion points.
Secondly they are a requirement to have for every magicka sorcerer, for PvE and PvP because without out you die or get one shotted. This means there is less of ability builds available to work them out.
You want to remove shield stacking? Then LA becomes as strong as plate again.
Right now if your can't kill a shield stacking sorcerer then your DPS must be incredible low or your build is terrible.1 -

Sorcs have since been nerfed and the game around sorcs has changed dramatically. This post isn't relevent anymore as magicka sorc is not remotely as strong as it was at the time of this posting.3 -

Barbaran✭✭✭✭put on 5-7 peices of light armor and then tell me shields need a nerf.
fight a good procblade with this build, you will see shields are not as amazing as you think.
i play stam and magicka and the same can be said for high sustain stam builds, between shuffle and roll dodge a good stam player is almost untouchable.
at least a sorc with a shield has no passive dodge (shuffle) and a low stam pool. everything hits1 -

Oh man dude keep this bs on your own threads. Jesus, asking for mag sorc buffs. LOL! You have streak you have the strongest shields. I've seen plenty of mag sorcs capable of crazy mobility and the ability to tank multiple players with shield use. As I said before l2p and perhaps think about your build.0 -

✭You cant fix shields without talking about fixing proc sets. This idea that its easy to stay alive as a sorc is nonsense, as it requires a constant rebuff with shields, and countering heavy damage. A magplar and counter with block, bol.... As a class, its very unforgiving for noobs who often fold quickly with proc burst or in open world. Generally, if you watch most battles, magsorcs are focused first as one slip up with shields or any coordination can drop them fast.
If shields are nerfed, with proc sets how they are, sorcs will be at a low point. Stam has the ability to run three proc sets at this point, while sorcs have generally turned towards sustain and surviveability.
I thnk part of the issue for some stam players, they are often built as glass cannons, with the goal of stacking such high burst with the goal of killing off of ambush, feat, incap, suprise, and execution gg. (Which would also have vipers, double stack poison, and possibly another proc on top). During one tameriel sorcs heavily adapted while generally, stamblades are running the same builds.
No easy answer, but there needs to be serious redesign and i would say with finally looking ay procs first.
