I'm honestly surprised that no one has mentioned Magnus or Seducer. Seducer in particular would be my first go-to set. Magnus being a very close second. And maybe, just maybe, I'd go with Willow's Path as a third.

Awesome. jewelry crafting would make interesting builds that would honestly bring crafted gear much closer to dropped sets.In terms of overall effectiveness and would also make for a much larger variety of builds.

Crafting jewelry should be it's own skill and no way tied to the craftable sets we currently have. Should be more like willpower or agility with the option to put your own traits and 2 & 3 piece passives. Just my thoughts on crafting jewelry.

You can combo Armor of the Seducer (crafted set) with Alteration Mastery (Cyrodiil set) for a whooping 14% cost reduction

If you want extra health you can go with 2 mismatched monster sets, with a bonus from each piece. But I'd rather stack the magicka recovery bonuses from Chocklethorn and Shadowrend, just like I do now.

Pelinal's and Shacklebreaker wouldn't do as much for a hybrid together as Shacklebreaker and Assassin's Guile would. Having both 5 pieces would be great for a hybrid, especially if you are splitting points in half between stamina and magicka.

I'd incorporate the full Seducer set to all my magicka gear. Having both 5p Julianos/Spellweave and 5p Seducer would help sustain immensely. I might even be able to cure my characters' Lightning Staff affliction...

If YOU read carefully, his post states 1 crafted set along with 1 non-crafted set for a gear combo. With basic reading comprehension, you can see that the crafted set would be using the jewelry slots in order to complete the 2 5p sets listed.

Which is why they won't do it. Gotta keep you on the gear grind treadmill, and subscribed all the while. This game was fun until everything got monetized.

Because a 15% miss chance which DOESNT proc Tava's when it misses is broken(last I checked, an 85% hit chance was pretty good, just ask anyone who has ever played D&D), meanwhile since he is blocking he is losing out on regen buff from Tava's. This is no different than someone casting evasion while wearing Tava's as is. Sorry, this is not broken, it would mainly be useful PvE in trials and rather worthless in PvP...you will maybe be able to hit what? 2k weapon dmg with this setup? If you are lucky, and you will be utterly dependent on the procs from your monster helm to do any dmg whatsoever.
