Raw stat requirements for dps

Can anyone recommend a site showing the contributing factors to based statistics and the soft/hard caps on stats.

Ie

DPS recommended end game stats:
- 2500-3000 Weapon / Spell damage (comes from x)
- 20000 resist (comes from x)
- 1500 recovery

Etc

Lots of sites advertise builds but don't expose the theory math behind them.

    And there are no softcaps anymore. Closest thing to that is the diminishing returns from CP, but still not a softcap in the original terms.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Info on damage stats

    For max resources or spell/weapon damage and regen there is not soft cap or hard cap.

    Further, for the most part the comparison of max stat to damage stat is 10.5 stam/mag to 1 pt weapon/spell damage.

    I do not know what sites might have this information, but this is generally well known information.

    There's too many stats working together for anyone to authoritatively say "You need to be this tall to ride!" for much more than health. DPS and healers should have at least 17k+ health to stop themselves from squishing to every second strike.
