Housing: Where Do I Get Volcanic Roses?

Per the title, I am looking to craft or buy volcanic roses and am having trouble figuring out where they come from. Vendor? Crafting? Crown Store only?

HEXENWOLF✭✭✭I should clarify, I believe these are in the game and not just a datamined object. It seems to me volcanic roses are covering the house featured in this YouTube video:

PocketNova✭✭✭✭I haven't seen them for sale anywhere, I don't know about crafted though as I don't craft furnishings.
It's possibly they're tied directly to a house, unavailable for purchase separately. There are furnishings that are exclusive to certain houses.PC NA

✭✭✭Hm. No idea. If they aren't in crown store and they aren't a house exclusive - perhaps they're a world drop from Vvardenfell? You can loot some plants off plant nodes there (very very rarely). I think I've found this one(or one very similar to it, anyway) off a nirnroot there.
If that's the case though, you're kinda screwed with getting them, I've been running around Vvardenfell looting all the things forever, must've gotten like thousands of raw mats and hundreds of plants yet that leaf remains the only thing I've found.0 -

Taking a second look, I think you're right. Bah! Oh well, I guess I'll decorate with the trees for now and wait for them to make their way off the PTS.
