Nightblade rotations?

New to the game and running a lvl 20 Nightblade with a balance in both magicka and stamina (3-1-3 ratio), emphasis on Dual Wield and Bow mastery. Looking to optimize my talents for PvE. Current Duel Wield rotation while stealth is: Ambush - Shadowy Disguise - Veiled Strike- Blood Thirst- Impale. Veiled Strike was going to be morphed to Surprise Attack once it was ready.
Current Bow rotation is while stealth is: Focused Aim - Shadowy Disguise - Veiled Strike - Impale - Swallow Soul. Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Are you really asking for PvE rotation? Because what you have described more or less looks like a crippled PvP scenario. You're also mentioning Magicka morphs while obviously playing Stamina (Bow/DW). This is not how character building works - for DPS it's either Magicka or Stamina build.

The way this game works is that you're either fully magicka or fully stamina. hybrids are not as strong, so if you're a stamina user, you should be using 0 magicka abilities or morphs except if it's purely utility (like shadow cloak). This is because an ability's damage scales off of maximum resource pool of the resource they use, so using a magicka ability with low magicka pool means low damage.

Likewise, people don't really emphasize two weapon sets in an endgame rotation. They emphasize the front bar as the spam and the back bar as the dots/utility. In the case of dw/bow that means you stay in dw for a majority of the time and only go to bow to apply dots (in the endgame, this means Endless Hail, Poison Injection, Razor Caltrops and Rearming Trap). In the overworld, this doesn't matter that much as everything but world bosses die so quickly. Tip: you don't need to stealth again after opening from hidden with Ambush. Just keep hitting them and make sure you execute with Impale/Killer's Blade.

The biggest thing new players don't know about is light weaving. This is when you cancel a skill animation with a light attack or vice-versa. Look up videos on it and learn it. It gives you drastically more damage.

Your skills look good for the most part. Killer's Blade will heal you when you kill things with it, so you don't need Swallow Soul, which doesn't really benefit you as a stamina user. You don't need both Surprise Attack and Bloodthirst, so choose one to stick with and you can put another skill in the other slot (for example, you're going to definitely want Leeching Strikes and Grim Focus when you can).

I realized id have to prioritize on stam or mag, i figured trying a bit of both at first would make me get a feel of which i wanted to spec in. Ive seen a few videos when i could, didnt know about light weaving, seems similar to blinks in fighting games. the reason i would stealth after ambush was to apply the disorientation from veiled strike, i wasnt too concerned with dealing a ton of damage, i enjoy the idea of interrupts/stuns and such since it gave me enough breathing time to apply heals when mobbed in dungeons and heavy two handed attacks and soul swallow was just a way for me to sap health, i dont bow much . The way i see it, EVERYONE wants to be damage dumpers, so when im in group i want to fill in as support, disabling the enemy while everyone else wails on it. It just makes it more of a challenge instead of just spamming the same kill button. One thing i noticed while researching was how tired most stamblades get, i wanted to avoid stale gameplay for the sake of damage as much as possible. if it gets too easy, its not as much fun. Weird, i know...
