Does Ancient Knowledge work on Cliff Racer and Deep Fissure?

Hi everybody,
I want to know the answer of the title.
I don't know it's bug or not.
Obviously Cliff Racer is single targeted skill and Deep Fissure is AOE skill.
But the damage of skills are almost same as follows in spite of changing staff type.
I tested to skeleton. I only change destruction staff.
The damages are:
Skill / Inferno / Lightning
Cliff Racer / 8505 / 8452
Deep Fissure / 10551 / 10551
