Dragonknights Sustain

My MagDk's sustain is really bad. Tried VMA after seeing a score of 346 on the leaderboard and after having beat it before no problem before Morrowind on my Dk and it's ridiculous how bad it is now.
Any ideas for improving this especially for VMA? Battle Roar is useless now imo.

You lost 10% regen from the regen star
You lost 16% reduction
Basically you need to heavy attack more and maybe have a bit of regen? Try witchmothers food intead of your hp/magicka one
