That in Cyrodiil I can do PVE activities and earn Tel Var stones, which can be used to buy set gear (great system).

And that PVE dungeons drop gear from a pool of gear sets, set pieces, and traits (not so great RNG system).

Why can't PVE dungeons drop something like Tel Var stones?

That would be far preferable. Maybe do dungeons and get stones or whatever. Once you have enough you can buy set pieces from an npc at the undaunted enclave. You'd think they would have thought of this sooner. Maybe make it so you get more stones or whatever for doing get dungeons (less if you do normal), and bonus stone of you successfully meet certain bonus objectives in the vet dungeons.

Well IC was mean't to be a 'pvp' dlc

Instead all you get was some small crappy Pve dlc which a pve questline, pve daily's, pve currency etc, pve mobs etc...

Then they just enabled pvp and called it a pvp dlc.

Then it was left for a year then they decided to add some pvp objectives which they added some crappy flag system which is annoying because in some area's people respawn 5 feet away from the flag.

So you wipe a group of 3 and they respawn next to you with full resources while it'll take you 2 mins to flip the flag, better hope the perma ccing negate npc's dont respawn.
