Is there a way to see werewolf form duration?

I was wondering if there was a way to see the werewolf transformation duration on like a buff bar or does anyone know of any add ons that displays it.

I have seen the bar but I do not know it's source since it could be from one of my addons. Like this guy, it has been awhile since I have seen it. I do not use the WW often.0 -
