1.In my DW if I have "absorb glyph " (restore health) on the main hand and "hardening"(damage shield) on offhand, will both proc at even rate or one procs more than the other ?

✭1. The offhand procs less, I'm not certain how much less though.
2. Enchants have a 4 seconds cooldown, so you can't have two of the same enchant proc within that cooldown, but you can have different enchants happen.

✭✭DW is weird, the enchantments have a 100% proc rate, but ONLY if that weapon hand hits the enemy. So when it comes to light attack weaving, since the main hand has priority in initial animations, that's the enchant that will routinely go off. If you chain 3 light attacks in a row all enchantments will go off, as the light attack animations will at max let the same hand hit the enemy twice.
Most weapon abilities will proc the main hand enchantment, save for twin slashes, which applies the off-hand enchantment 100% of the time when used (long as the enchantment is off-cooldown)0
