✭✭✭✭✭Do you mean the Dwarven Theodolite parts? If you collect all seven parts, you get a free Dwarven pet (looks like a little roundish robot). It's from the Morrowind expansion.

Yeah I refuse to buy Morrowind, so I wouldn't know. If they are that rare then i can't ever imagine crafting the robust centurion which takes 120 of them.Why did the Dunmer cross the road?
