Still not able to create a new character

Ever since the morrowind update I haven't been able to make a new character. Like the option isn't even there. Usually there was an option at the bottom of my character list that said create new character, but it's not there anymore. Is it just me or is this a bug that came with morrowind.

✭✭✭✭✭You have to have at least 2 character slots free to make a new character. It's a bug.
I would submit a support ticket if you don't want to delete any of your characters (since you shouldn't have to as you have a free slot).Edited by MLGProPlayer on June 24, 2017 8:05PM0 -
