This is how you have to look at crates it's about the gems and a chance to get something rare and then after awhile finaly just buy what you want.5 -

Even vegas casinos have to tell you the odds of winning and publish their RNG methods to the nevada gaming commission including actual payout percentage.
ZOS doesn't because the entire gaming industry is completely unregulated and they can be as immoral as they want. At least 90% of the community was against bringing unregulated gambling into this game but that didn't matter.
But there is a solution. Don't do it. I have yet to open 1 gamble crate. Its easy. Just resist.4 -

You were warned countless times on the dubious nature of crown crates. You cannot call ZoS thieves when you handed them the money without them demanding it.

Does ANY of that definition apply to your circumstance? No it does not. I put the important part in bold if you couldn't figure it out for yourself.

Dr.NRG✭✭✭✭You could by crates worth 100k crowns, then spend them all. After about 20k crowns you will have all items and thus get gems only. You should get enough gems that way that you should be set for life to buy anything you want from future crates with gems lmao:).0 -
