Basic questions about Morrowind

I know that you can play as either your present character , invent a new one or play as the Warden. But what I don't know is...
Q1 - Do you get the bear regardless of who you play as?.
Q2 - If you are playing as the Warden, can you leave Morrowind as the warden and travel to other parts of Tamriel?.

✭✭✭✭No! Only the warden class gets the bear and bear skills.
Yes! Your warden can go anywhere. He/she can do the Wailing Prison and all the following quests.PC/NA/EP ✌️1 -

✭Q1 - You only get the bear as a Warden, it's actually an Ultimate in one of their skill lines that you use that summons it, and it stays with you until it dies or you dismiss it, and then you can resummon it again.
Q2 - You can leave Morrowind whenever you want as a Warden, via Wayshrine, boat, etc.
(Also if you go to the first city in your alliance you can start the Coldharbour tutorial by talking to a Hooded Figure that will try to talk to you when you appear there) 0 -

I guess I'll play as my present character and the warden. After all, you can't have too much of a good thing.
