Hello Fellow ESO Travelers

Sorry if something like this has been answered built I could not find it....

I started a Templar...just a Level 8 but my main hit the CP mark and now is at CP105 so the Templar and other characters are getting the CP's. I use a bit of both Deltia's site and Alcast for guide, tips and help so when I pulled up where they put the CP's, both put 100 into The Magician (Tower Tree) for reducing Magicaka cost. Well that's been replaced with Siphoner which is a bit of steal and reduce instead on target

I haven't made it to getting two bars up and leaning to using DW on the second with Destructive on main. So instead of Magican now should those point go to...? I've got 1/2 spent on Arcanist now but with nothing to reduce costs it can go to Healthy, Tenacity, a bit of both....?
