Once the ESO plus is applied via the PlayStation store, Xbox store or pc store, *** the game down. Restart. Go back in and see if the ESO plus shows on your character sheet and if the crowns are there. On my PS4 the game has to restart for purchases to be applied.
If you try this and it doesn't work, let us know. But if that doesn't work, it's probably going to be a ZOS customer service issue.
