    Animation cancelling
    Procs
Strength in numbers due to low confidence on skill (since animation cancel removes skill factor and reaction combat)
    Destro staff ulty.

That mix gives you zergs in 3 4 locations of Cyrodiil and emptyness all over the rest of the map.

    Lag and 0 fun.

    Yeah, no.

Even during ZOS' supposed CP testing event, when they suspected champion points and their modifiers of causing a ton of latency issues in Cyrodiil, there wasn't a measurable change for the better for a good number of people. Proc sets may be the game's boogeyman, but they're not to blame.

Animation cancelling itself provides another layer of combat to account for and control, and allows you to control the speed of the engagement at your fingertips, moving away from predictable, boring gameplay. The mere idea that someone playing without animation cancelling is somehow doing less work? That's laughable at best.

I guarantee ACing requires more input, and therefore more "skill" as it were, as if it's some great achievement to be good at a video game like this in the first place. Action games, a genre which ESO is a part of, are designed to be user-friendly and easy to control. They're the epitome of ease when it falls on the board of difficulty against other types of sporting content such as, for instance, strategy games.

Ditto the destruction staff ultimate, it's one skill. Move out of the way.

You want to find something to blame for the state of the game?

    Zerg mentality.
    Poor server foundation.
Infighting and misdirection from the real issues.

Being on the PS4 Pro, I've noticed an increase in performance over regular PS4, especially in large battles... but yeah, the frame rate is shoddy regardless of a small or big fight. It's a console, what can you really expect?

You pay for what you get.

With this being said, been playing since launch of PS4 and I would say the performance has increased in Cyrodiil. Imagine how it was for us back at launch, it was insane.

    Perhaps try another Campaign?

ZOS have mentioned that CP campaigns perform a lot poorer. So I guess all those players are just asking for it.

on pc eu, non cp campaign is fabulous. and not that many wannabe superstars. which makes it quite pleasant to do pvp, but s till requires quite bit of class balancing and skill fixing before it would be totally awesome
